There are no widely adopted chain native standards to provide conditional ownership of NFTs which essentially increases efforts for developers to build decentralized systems. We’re excited about industrywide NFT adoption and seems that StreamMoney can become protocol to enable a plethora of conditional ownership use cases and facilitate asset supply in circulation. We think it's quite important to create workflows for the asset supplier i.e. lenders and it will bring liquidity to the market. Hence, a larger value will get created for NFT holders through such tools. We've created a modular smart contract to enable renting, membership, ticketing, etc. with simple functions so, that integration effort is minimal in going live with one or more product features.
